Policies for Inn of the Sea Vacations
Deposits
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your reservation. The remaining 50% is payable upon your arrival. We accept VISA and MasterCard.

Check-In
Check-In time is 3 pm.
Check-Out
Check-Out time is 11 am.

Pets
Inn of the Sea is pet-friendly. If you wish to bring a pet there is a $50.00 charge. Pets must be supervised at all times.
Dogs must be kept on the leash.

Cleaning
Cleaning charges may apply for under a three night stay.

Minimum stays
A minimum stay of Friday and Saturday applies for weekend bookings of larger units.

Smoking
While smoking is not permitted in any of our suites, you may smoke outside on sundecks, balconies and patios.

Occupancy
If the number of guests in your party changes, please contact us in advance of your arrival.
